The Dorset is a small-footprint bistro chair that fits tight café layouts. A black steel tube frame rises into two slim back posts that hold a curved light-wood backrest cut into two horizontal rails. The seat is round, upholstered in black vinyl and set on a plywood ring.
Why a round seat. Round seats take up less floor space than square ones and leave room between chairs at a crowded two-top or along a counter ledge. Guests also turn more easily on them.
What you see. A rear three-quarter view on white showing the bolted connection of the back to the posts, the plywood edge under the seat, and the ball-ended glides on the legs.
Where it works. Coffee shops, noodle and ramen bars, bakeries, small bistros and food-hall seating.
Construction. Powder-coated steel tube frame, molded plywood back in a light oak or ash finish, plywood seat ring with high-resilience foam and contract vinyl, nylon glides. Whether it stacks is confirmed on the drawing.
Options. Frame color, back veneer or stain, seat in any vinyl, fabric or leather, counter-height version.
