Why Chair Foundry exists
Restaurant chairs are the hardest-working objects in a dining room. They are dragged across tile, tipped back on two legs, stacked on tables every night for mopping, and sat on several times a day for years. Yet most buyers choose them from a photo and a price, with no idea what is holding them together. Chair Foundry, a line by EASEN Commercial Furniture, exists to change that: we sell contract chairs and stools with the construction spelled out in plain numbers, and we put those numbers on a drawing you approve before we build.
How we work
Every order is made to order. You send a floor plan, seat count and a few references; we recommend chair models, heights and quantities, then issue shop drawings showing dimensions, joinery, frame material, foam build-up and finish. On request we build a pre-production sample chair. Only after sign-off do frames go into production. Lead times are typically 30-45 days for standard designs and 45-60 days for custom work after approvals, plus transit, confirmed in each quote.
The factory
We build in our own production base in Lecong, Shunde District, Foshan, in Guangdong, China. Lecong is one of the world's largest furniture trading hubs, which matters for one practical reason: the specialist suppliers we rely on, including hardwood mills, steel tube, foam, contract fabrics and hardware, are minutes away. That is how we can turn a custom finish or a COM fabric into a finished chair without months of sourcing.
We are open about where the chairs are made because it is part of the value. Factory-direct means you speak to the people who draw and build the chair, pay for the chair rather than layers of distribution, and can change a seat height or a fabric without negotiating with three intermediaries. We ship by sea, export-packed, on FOB, CIF or DDP terms.
Who we build for
US restaurant owners, purchasing managers, designers and dealers who need anywhere from about 40 to several hundred chairs and stools, and who care how long those chairs will last. We are a good fit for independent restaurants and small groups opening or refitting a room, hotel restaurants and function rooms, and dealers who need a dependable custom source.
Experience behind the line
The wider EASEN team has furnished hospitality interiors across China, including a Sichuan restaurant in Beijing, the CHIO cafe-lounge in Guangzhou, a Sichuan restaurant in Hangzhou and a hot pot restaurant in Hanzhong, rooms where chairs face oil, steam and constant turnover. Chair Foundry applies that experience to one thing: chairs and stools that stay tight, clean and comfortable under hard commercial use.
