The Delaney is the chair you can order by the hundred and never tire of. A gently curved back wraps the shoulders, the inner and outer backs can be covered in contrasting materials, and slender black legs with metal caps lift it visually off the floor. It is simple enough to suit almost any room, and comfortable enough for a three-course dinner.
Construction. Hardwood or plywood inner frame with high-resilience foam on seat and back. The outer back is a separate panel, which means it can be covered in a harder-wearing material than the inner back; we recommend vinyl or a tight weave on the outer back in rooms where chairs are pushed against each other. Legs are bolted through corner blocks.
Where it works. Fine and upscale casual dining, hotel restaurants, banquet rooms that do not need to stack, and private clubs.
Options. Inner and outer back in different materials; vinyl, leather, fabric or COM; leg finish in black or wood tone; metal leg caps.
